Thread: My floral log cabin blocks are done Border Pics on Pg 11

    I love Barnbum's floral log cabins. I wanted to try one. I went through my stash and this is what I have so far (no comparison, but, I am pleased).

    I LOVE it!!!!!!!!!!! :-D :-D :-D Your fabrics are gorgeous!!

    What happened to the second photo? I saw the blocks in a barn raising design? Did you just have them laid out, or are they sewed together? Or am I seeing things?

    It's back!! :-D Are you going to play around with different lay-outs? I love that part.

    I used some fat quarters and some yardage. The outer two logs are from a beautiful floral fabric I found at Hobby Lobby. It would make a beautiful log cabin just using it. It is going to be my border, too.

    Fantastic! I'm not that big of a fan of log cabin quilts but GIRL this one with the florals is AWESOME!!! :thumbup:
