Wow, that is beautiful.. I keep wondering how MIL's get such a bad rap when so many do something as wonderful as this?? I treat my DIL like a queen.. and she loves me.. but I don't know if I'd handquilt a quilt for them.. that is a lot of work..

Such a pretty quilt and hand sewn! I have that pattern, went out looking for fabric but didn't get any. Couldn't find the color combinations I guess. Your quilt makes me want to try again.
