Default My girlfriend retired yesterday after 32 years with the county - here is her gift!

A Magic Carpet Ride Quilt! The order got mixed up but I am not going to upload them again. I showed different views of the quilt and also I made 4 coordinating pillowcase and used one to wrap it all up, using a scrap of material to make a ribbon bow. She asked for red, white and black. I used yardage, jelly rolls, and a varigated thread for the FMQ. My bf did the binding (I hate bindings)

Great gift and I'm sure she is going to be thrilled to receive it. You did a great job and makes me want to hurry and make a black, white and red quilt.
