Oh, how pretty! What talent you have! The colors, pattern, workmanship...a true heirloom. Write down details about it so generations beyond you will appreciate it! How lovely!

Norah, that is just beautiful!! Hexagons are one of my fears, although not as much since Patrice's class in chat. As my mil would say, "I wish I had that one and you had something prettier :) "

Oh my! I envy you. Your quilt is gorgeous. I started one a year ago, and of course I only have 20 blocks done out of 51. Congrats on getting it done. I think I will down load your pic and hang it on my fridge to remind me there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and it is beautiful.

Norah, What a lovely piece of work! I really like how the smaller hexs look & gives you a better amount of the flowers. Makes it look more antique, I think.

I wish I had done the smaller hexs when I made mine. But I didn't so.. maybe the next one?

    Great job!

Thank you very much Norah, you are very kind! The avatar is one of the quilts I made with all hexs. It was a quilt as you go type quilt.
Cut out, stuff, then slip stitch together.(I won't try that again, preferring to stick to regular stitching & quilting!)

I do wish I had of made my hexs smaller on the GFG, as said earlier. May I ask what size your hexs are? They are just right! I think my next one will be one made of 1930 Repos.(when I get finished with all these other things! )
