As you look at the fabric you already have, can't you see quilts jumping out. The only problem is that you won't have exactly the right fabric to go with. So it will be off to the fabric store. And so it begins!!

Great Start there!!!! I too would suggest some muslin because it can be so handy! Maybe some wide backing too..

buy what you love. If it speaks to you - buy it. You can always find other things to go with it. I mentally designed a quilt out of your stash just from looking at the pictures. The Lighthouse fabric, one of your blues that seems to match in hue, same for a tan and that spectacular red with the little stars.
