I think a scrappy blue and white would look great! At first I was going to make a multi-colored quilt, but when I was looking at photos on Pinterest I feel in love with the red and white. Make sure you draw the block diagrams she gives us. I did that and used it as a key when I was putting the block together.

I just finished one of Jenny's hunter star quilts a couple weeks ago and gifted it to a neighbor for helping me so much. I thought it was a real easy pattern to follow and quick... ! Your looks great ! I am going to try a two tone one next!

I love this pattern and enjoyed making it. I really think that whether scrappy or one or two colours it makes a lovely quilt. I like your red and white. It looks like your doing great so far. I'm anxious to see the finished quilt. Enjoy!
