Great job! Isn't it fun to take a break for awhile and make something else?

Hi Ducky,
I used the iron on pellon for the autumn, but just pieced some very lightweight poly for the summer one. It's a real scrap purse. ha

It really is, I have been doing a lot of embroidery lately, instead of quilts. I made two quilt labels for a friend. I still want to embroider a store bought pair of shorts to take to my DD, and need to put my son's name on a shirt he brought over, plus one for my DH too. Then I have a stack of pot holders to make to take along. Good little gifts for friends. We leave in 8 days so I really need to get busy!

Thanks everyone. My favorite is the autumn one, I'm a leaf person, love the colors of autumn, although I don't see much of them out here in the desert. The summer purse is just for fun and very "loud" for me. ha

It's just about 15" by 15". I closed the top with velcro and put a tab inside the top to hang my keys on so I always know where to reach for them. I have a pocket for my glasses case and one for my cell phone and one for whatever. ha
