I make mostly queen....king gets just too big to handle! I really want to see the finished quilt. Tenn Waltz sounds interesting and your block pieces definitely add to the intrigue! I'm curious!

I love the colour selection and looking so forward to seeing the finished quilt. Menthol or Eucalyptus rubs can help warm the hands up and perhaps that can help with the cramps? Best wishes.

I think it looks GREAT!! Love the pattern, the colors, the love that went into every (painful) cut 'n stitch. Are you in chemo?

Aleeve, twice a day. I feel your pain. lol We have a king size bed, so DH thinks every quilt I make should be a king. "and make it a little longer so I can tuck it under my feet" he says. I have made 7 or 8 kings and am quilting one now, and as usual by the time I finish it I will hate it beyond reason.

I'm sure it will be beautiful! but this is why I make mostly baby and lap quilts. Maybe I have Quilter's ADD, because I can't stay interested in a project that big.

Teach your niece to cut the fabric. She might get an appreciation of how much work it is...

Looks like it will be a great quilt.
A quilt is like a good life. It's full of mistakes, but, in the end, it looks pretty good.
