My last three scrappies - and they are scrappy!

Funny story about my scraps. A well known quilt shop with a vast web base was having a problem storing the odds and ends left from their sales. They put them on sale for $2.95 a yard. I went beserk. These were just bits and pieces - maybe 2, 3, or 5 pieces in a yard - some larger pieces but mostly bits. I bought them all.I lost track after my first hundred yards, but I do have quite the scrap bin. My Spoolin Around does not have a repeat in it.I have 4 or 5 of the same hst because of the swap and giving them away and getting different ones back. And also our quiltville swap does a lot of swapping. I could not/would not do a 2-3-4 fabric quilt. I'd be bored to tears. Must say something about my personality. Maybe a little schizzy????lol

Napa Solstice is king size and the Ocean Waves will end up at 115" x 108" because I added two rows to the width. I have a head board and footboard and don't need the length, but I like the width so it hangs down. I generally don't tuck my quilts, but make fancy pillowcases - generally with blocks of the quilt in the cuff.

Your quilts are amazing! Ocean waves is one of my very favorite quilts and is on my bucket list. It would be interesting to know how many hours it took for these 3 quilts. I can only imagine how many hours you have invested.....wow, they are stunning!
