    Thanks ladies! I was proud of myself for learning how to do the "attic windows" from a youtube video. My corners actually met up. I didn't do it the way where you use half-square triangles in the corner. I didn't have enough fabric to fix anything (not that there are crooked blocks or anything, lol, just design choices to make it wonky) or for many options so I was just happy I finally used the fabric I bought last year. The LQS made blocks of the pictures outlined with solids with sashing between. The fabric was all from the same line. I don't remember the name of it.

    I think the thinner blue frame is what lost the attic window effect but now it looks like very deep shelves with them sitting at the back of the shelf. I like it.
