It's not the size of the room...it's the finished size of the quilt that counts!!! :-P

Nice space you have there. Looks like a lovely spot to create.

I'm envious....my sewing room is the living room, cut on the freezer in the laundry room and my husband never complains.

What a lovely sewing room , it's so nice to see where you turn out such stunning quilts. I admire your cozy and neat room as I admire your work you do. Thank you for sharing your sewing area with us. :D

It's wonderful to have a sewing room. I have a very large one but before I had it I too sewed in the kitchen, living room, dining room. You name it and I sewed in it. But I believe if I had to do that now I would become very discouraged. If you have a sewing area where you can just walk away from everything when you're tired be grateful. I know I am.

Oh to be that fortunate to have a designated space. I have a TV tray and a corner of our dining room table. But then most of my sewing is by hand so my end of the couch is all I need when I start that.
    But I am so impressed.

My DH and I are empty nesters, therefore have 2 bedrooms that go unused. The 2 largest are upstairs, one is used as a guest room (about 1-2 times every couple years) and the other, larger bedroom is my sewing room. Love having the privacy of being away from the rest of the house. Naturally it's always a mess, but it's nice to be able to just shut the door and leave the mess behind!
