That is absolutely beautiful. I love the colors you picked. I know your brother will love it.

Your quilt is beautiful. You have inspired me to make another of Lockwood's Bargellos. I have made one, and it is time for another. I hope I end up with one as wonderful as yours. You have to be very pleased.

That is the "trouble" with this quilt board. There are so many wonderful ideas presented here that I have enough to do for the next 200 years. Of course I had to discover the Lockwood studio and bought a pattern. Huge 15 page set of diagrams and instructions. I should be able to make it from my stash. Thanks.

Dina...let's see your first one. There are so many pretty ones.

Okay, let me find a picture... The pattern name was Illusion. I followed his color scheme and made it the size of his pattern. I am going to branch out with my own colors on the next one, and I want to make it slightly larger. The one I think I will make next is called Mirage. It finishes at 45 inches square, and I'd like at least 60 inches. When I made this quilt, I had only been quilting 3 years. I have doubled that, so maybe I will find this one a bit easier to make.
