    This is just too precious! Don't worry about being "late to the party", everyone comes to new experiences at the right time in their lives. Resist the urge to compare your experience level against someone else's and just enjoy your journey, learn from your experiences, and grow as you sew! Congratulations on a great start!

    Justflyingin, is this the pattern you used? I've seen lots of flip flop patterns, but your's is the cutest yet. I have two 12-year-old granddaughters who would love this quilt!
