You are one lucky woman and it looks very inspiring to work on a project. And that dh of your deserves a huge hug too. My sewing room is the whole basement and is coming along nicely but still waiting for ds to move all of his stuff out so I can really organize. Enjoy!

Love your "counter top" arrangement for cutting and in front of your window. Your hubby did a beautiful job on that thread holder. Very professional looking, also the beautiful cabinets.

Love your "counter top" arrangement for cutting and in front of your window. Your hubby did a beautiful job on that thread holder. Very professional looking, also the beautiful cabinets. Is that another hidden closet below your clock?

The door below the clock is the doorway into the next room which is the back half of the former garage. It holds 3 freezers, 1 refridgerator and some portable type cabinets and bookcases
which contains pans and other cookware and even ingredients.
One of these days when I can retire from cooking I might make that room a sewing room too, you know, maybe a quilting machine.
But right now it supports my sewing habit.
