What type of paint and prep did you do on the fan?

I sanded the blades a little bit then spray painted it black. Then I dotted it with the wall paint using the eraser on a pencil.
I did the same with the "quilt" letters. They were white when I bought them at Hobby Lobby.

You can come on up right now to play.
I have room for more machines.
BTW, I was born in Sayre, not too far from you.

Fantastic....enjoy. Beautiful space but will your hubby miss the garage? Time to sew...... and to piece....and to quilt.....and to bind. Lots of fun work ahead. Good luck in your new great space!!

I forgot to mention that I used the wall paint to dot the "quilt" and the ceiling fan blades.
I will be getting another addition to my sewing room. My cabinet maker is building a cabinet for my accuwquilt studio and my dies. I will post more pics when he gets it done.
