quilterpurpledog, You forgot - in my original post I stated that I'm cheap. I bought that cone for $3.00. There is an industrial liquidator in my state that I always wanted to visit and I was recently visiting nearby, so I went and bought a few things. Regretfully, they're a couple of hours away and they don't do mail order.

Good job, and much sturdier than the cheap plastic ones sold in the stores. My cheapie wobbles when the cone gets about half empty. Might just make a run to the local thrift store today!
