I have a Janome 6600 too--and I especially love it for FMQ-ing! Enjoy!

I couldn't get the tension correct to try that. I did read to make sure it was threaded correctly. Maybe that was my issue.

Lucky you to have a new toy. I have had the chance to sew on that model and I really liked it. I am saving my pennies for the Horizon 7700.
