    Hi There,

All three of your quilts are wonderful. The colors are all perfect & the patterns are wonderful. What a great job you have done.

    Happy Holidays,

I just started one of these as I have to get my scraps used up.
Its a real easy one. Loved the idea of your narrow sashing.
Might have to steal this idea.
    Thanks Gale

Thanks everyone - I put it away for a while because I didn't like the color combinations of some of the blocks. But it gew on me and I am able to look at it with a whole new eye. Black border going on today and then the final border probably tomorrow. It is a beautiful oriental material with cranes and eagles that was the feature material that I chose the block colors from. I'll post again when it is finished. Barb

I finally got araound to putting pics of the quilting here. I went with a leaf pattern done by a local quilter who is just amazing. The quilt is called "Earthly Delights" and the backing is of gold leaves material so I chose gold thread that disappears on the front but stands out on the wide black borders. It is my snuggly quilt when I want to sit and watch tv or a movie. Right now it is a god send. We are weathering -20 to -35C right now. Brrrrr. Barb
