Default My NOT Marjen for Error quilt

This is a Jenny Haskins quilt called Marjen for Error, I had so many problems making this quilt that I have called it NOT Marjen. The centre border print strip should have been a machine embroidered panel and after spending weeks stitching out one panel it was 10 inches too long and couldn't be fixed. I reread the instructions and the details in the book were wrong. So I let it sit while I decided what to do with it as so much effort had been put into the blocks. My wonderful friends on the QB helped me decide on the border print.

It has been machine embroidered, machine appliqued and needle turn appliqued

I have quilted this on my Pfaff sewing machine, and again had problems but 2 months of struggling with the quilting it is finally finished.. It has taken me almost a year to complete it.

It's beautiful. The jenny Haskins I did, the color purple, also had problems of not matching up. At least you got yours finished a lot sooner than I did mine.
