You were successful with your challenge. Just beautiful. I mad a strip years ago that is about 24 by 12. That is how far I got. Lol.

It's gorgeous. The first quilt I make after I retire (in 5 years) will be the Cathedral Window. I have always wanted one, but too many other quilts to do with deadlines attached. And when I get it done, it, too, will be MINE, lol

I managed to make a piece about 12 x36".....that was a few years ago. I am flinished! Now I am thinking I may give it another shot. Your quilt is fabulous!

Absolutely gorgeous! Love these quilts.

I hope to make a big one someday because I loved making the mini one I made for a doll quilt swap a few years back.

Some quilts are like that. One of a kind and one time is enough. Yours is wonderful. How long to make it?

I started one and gave up after 12 patches. I made a little wall hanging out of it. It is a lovely method of piecing. A thoughtful pace. I will pick it up again some day.

I started it about two years ago but only worked on it periodically. We recently did a repositioning cruise across the Atlantic and I worked on sections of the quilt on all those days at sea. I make 5 x5 blocks and then assembled them after the hand work was done.
