My practice quilt bound and washed

This is the little quilt, made from a panel, that I talked about in my last post. I finally was able to do all the fmq without breaking any needles or the thread. Now I can practice without getting frustrated!
as you can see I also need practice with split rectangles!Name: IMG_0327.JPG

What a fun quilt and the little that receives this Tigger and Poo will love it. I do. I really like the diamond treatment/ pinwheels for your border. They work so well with the fun panel.

I think it's adorable but not sure what you mean by split rectangles.

Congrats on doing a fantastic job! Now you are off and running with your f-m designs.

I like the design you did in the split rectangles. I have not seen a border like this before. What size rectangles did you make and did you cut them in half on the diagonal? I would like to put this border around a snowman panel I have.
    Thanks and show us more!
