I made this tote called the "professional tote" for myself and I mad four other for my sisters-in law who were going on vacation together. Unfortunately I couldn't go because I had to work but they really liked them.

What a cute tote. I like the size of it and the little fishes.

    Sorry you missed your vacation.

Yes there is a top zipper and also a pocket inside that zips and a side pocket that zips. Lots of storage.

It's a certain pattern. I've made 4 of them, too. I LOVE them, but am tired of making them! You did a great job!

Is it a free pattern or one you have to purchase?

    Very, very cute!

I have this same pattern and I'm hoping when I get to measuring that it will fit my laptop!

Would you share the name of the pattern and where to purchase it? I would love to make it.

I have had that pattern for a year at least and can't get myself in gear to make it. Love it but isn't it a lot of construction. Yours is very nice.

Very nice. You are really generous - although I found the pattern to be well done and easy to follow, it's still a lot of work! Not sure I have it in me to do that - I'd be pouting about not going...

The pattern is called "Professional Tote". Others here on the board have done the pattern before and I felt Inspired to try one!

Just ordered it! It will be just the thing to take to New Zealand later this year. Can't have too much to occupy oneself on the long plane ride. ;-)
