    I'm sorry you lost your dad. That's a huge loss. The making of this quilt helped you through a tough time - yours to keep for sure. Hugs

    Lost my father this year too, I'm mulling over the one I want to make to remember him so I can wrap up in it when I miss him too much.

    Yours is lovely, and you're right, all your thoughts are in it so it's already "home".
