My Quilts!!!!
Sorry have not been around here for a while. Have been wanting to make the Cat Quilt for ages and had the fabric already. We relocated nearly two years ago and needed a new quilt for my guestroom. The old one was really faded. Well I made this one and its just so nice and bright. We now live in a seaside town and just love every minute of it. I did big stitch quilting and just love it. Done with crochet cotton no 5 and its just my style. The green and black quilt, that I am making for my grandson and am still busy quilting it also with no 5 crochet cotton. Another quilt is a real plain 15 cm square block quilt that I had been wanting to make for my bed. I started my journey of big stitch quilting with this one and also the squares are all my fabrics I have collected over the years and just needed to start using them. So this past 1 1/2 years while we were working on fixing the newly bought home I have been able to do a bit of quilting.
