Cute story. I have that shopping problem too. I love to check out fabric.com and their specials. Also if you spend more than $35 the shipping is free. So why not?!?! If I find a jelly roll I like, I look for fat quarters and yardage to match; it can go on and on. So I have no shortage of fabric for when the "big idea" strikes me, whenever that will be.

Thangles are pre printed papers with a certain size triangle squares. I think they come on a roll, not sure. I have had a package for years and have never used it.
Anyway they are papers to make triangle squares:)
