    This block is called a "Blossoming Tree". You use the tiny four patches as the blossoms and another coordinating fabric for the leafy brances. I really liked this block and was thinking of doing a whole quilt like this.

    I've seen a lot of sampler quilts over the years and your's is one of the nicest. Love your choice of colors and that it is not a lot of different colors mixed together. It's just stunning. And the scalloped edges really add to it. Great job!

    I LOVE your quilt! I especially like the variety of sizes you have used, it really adds great interest. The scalloped border is terrific and the quilting delightful. You have a treasure on your hands!! :thumbup:
