Default Mug Rug for My Mom...
Here's a mug rug I made for my Mom. She likes to work in her flower beds, so what better thing to put on it!
I used my free motion foot to straight stitch the appliqué flower down, and also the center.
I figured this was also a good reason to practice some of my free motion skills.

And I think the dark blue was a good choice to make the bright red flower pop!
