Thread: My scrappy quilt - borders what do you think?

    I posted my Scrappy quilt the other day. Here is what I am thinking of doing for the borders. In the corners I will make a 4 inch 54-40 or Fight block.

    I like it a lot, although I think a 4" 54-40 might be out of scale with the rest. Maybe a simple 4 patch? You are doing great so far.

    I totally agree, it's a wonderful quilt, and the 4 patch corners would not only be more in scale, but also a whole lot easier!
