This is only my 2nd quilting project. I had this idea in my head....and no pattern. So, I just went at it.
It's not perfect, but it's hand made! :) So it's all good.

I can't drop the feed dogs on my machine. And this is the first time I've quilted with my machine. Maybe if I get good enuf, hubby will think about a new machine for me???? ;)

    Back - Excuse the wrinkles!

That's really cute! And the wall doesn't care about the wrinkles. Besides, that's what gives character.

Hehe. I finished it (the pockets to hang it) riding in the car today - that was not the easiest thing I ever did. Then I folded it up and kept it in a bag to keep it clean. Guess I shoulda ironed it before taking pics but I wanted to get them here. LOL

Thanks for all the nice comments.
You know, this is the NICEST board I've ever been on!

I just read a thread on lets see your Valentines projects and then opened your thread next.. lol.. you two must have had your minds in the same place! This is very cute and sewing in the car? you must be oh so young. My eyes would never make it and I would end up sewing it to my shirt or fingers. Great job looking forward to your next and your next and.. projects

Very nice and creative. I've never seen a rod hanger like that before ....... interesting concept - may have to give it a whirl. Thanks for sharing.

great job I love the heart in the middle does it have a lighter boarder or is that just the way the background shows arround the edges?

Yes, which kinda makes it lose some of its shape. Not so sure it was a good idea...but if you spread it out, it works. lol
