    Default My Self-Imposed Challenge

I have so many orphan blocks and scraps! I decided to take an orphan block and design a quilt around it using the scraps that were cluttering my sewing room. This and a clean(er) sewing room is the end result. Quilting's not too great on this one.....it was my first date with a new machine and frame. Of course, my Inspector was on it IMMEDIATELY!

    Red face Very clever

It is great! Good for you for taking a block and designing a quilt around it. Kitty knows a nice quilt when she sees it.

Great quilt out of leftovers! Why is it that spreading out a quilt on the floor is like rolling out the red carpet at the Oscars? It's as if every pet or person in the far corners of the house race out to see who can get on it first!

Beautiful, I am using up leftover strips from other quilts I've made. It will be very scrappy.
