Is that corkboard on the wall with rulers on it? How are you hanging the rulers? Hard to tell. Love the poppies on the closet door too:)

Your "cave" is terrific- your fan kitties superb! Is there a pattern you could share, or did someone just "invent" the idea. It is one of the cutest cat patterns I have seen!

Yes, LED lights over the cutting area. PUrchased inexpensively at Lowe's. They come with stick on so you can "stick" them to the desired surface. HOwever, the stick on was weak and of short duration.

We ended up tie wrapping the light unit to the bottom of the shelves, which was easy as the shelves have a slatted bottom with spaces between slats. Made tie wrapping easy.
