the only problem I have with tile, other than sweeping and mopping, is when I lay out a quilt. My knees hurt by the time I'm done pinning and basting. For that I do miss carpeting.

I know exactly what you mean. 50% of my home's in tile. I do have a carpeted sewing room, and a large dining room table for pinning & basting. Saves my back! :wink:
