Hi - Just a suggestion for your cutting table. I purchased some bed-risers for $9.99 (at wal-mart) I put the under my cutting table and it raised the table up so my back doesn't hurt from leaning over the table.

Very neat, organized... a small suggestion, looks like your cutting table is a bit low, you can raise the table by adding cut off PVC pipe to the legs. Really will save your back.
