    This is my 20 year old son (my oldest). These are the only 2 pics I could get. He wouldn't take one showing his face. My husband thinks he was overwhelmed and was possibly fighting back some tears. Could have been as this is my child that wears his emotions on his sleeve so to speak. ;) I started this when we lived in Hawaii (almost 4 years ago now) The orange was the color of his outrigger canoe club that he was in when we lived out there. It's still his favorite color. I made a pillow case for him, using one of his tee shirts that was too small (so it was still in good condition). I snagged it when he was gonna toss it. :lol:

    I think it took him by surprise that I finished it but he of course says he wasn't shocked at all. I'm glad I finally finished it for him.

    Love those colors! I think it is great what you did for him. I am sure he was emotional and that's ok.

    what a great idea to incorporate t-shirt into pillowcase - your son must have been overwhelmed! I think he loves his mama

    Guys have trouble showing they care sometimes but it is obvious he loves it. He will treasure it for sure. Great job :thumbup:
