    The pattern is called Fold'n Stitch Wreath. Your favorite quilt shop can order it for you.

    Any tutes on it, sizes and such?

    Very cute! You can tuck a coloured egg into each of the inside pockets for Easter too.

    This pattern seems to me to be the same as Christmas Table Centre pictured on this board by DottyMo. She also does a fabulous tutorial.
