Wow, I like it, and what a clever idea, the big flowers on the back for a quilting guide. I might just steal that idea. Learn something new on here every day.

I LOVE that quilt! I am a fan of bright and I'm so glad that you took the initiative to go outside the original plan!

Your use of the white blocks and the borders really tie it together and give it a very completed look. The backing and order border fabrics are perfect choices! Thank you for sharing it with us!

That is nice! Like the border and LOVE the backing. What a great idea for quilting! Wish I had thought of it. For the one I have finished and given to a great niece I did straight line quilting 1/4" on both sides of the stitch lines. It turned out cute but I love the idea of quilting the flowers from the back. And that would be GREAT practice for me for free motion. I'm impressed.

I used the Deep in the Heart of Texas jelly roll (Moda) for a quilt for myself but I am not entirely happy with all the prints in it. It will be nice enough but I think in the future I may be a little more picky about including all of the strips and may substitute some other strips out of my stash.

It's beautiful and I like the addition of the white squares. It's also obvious that you have Auggie's stamp of approval too.

I like the way the white squares break up the design. Also the back is yummy!
