Default my UFO border swap from 1998

Back in 1998 there weren't many quilters on the internet. I was active in several internal quilt sites. This wall hanging was made in 1998 with quilters from the UK, Denmark, Nova Scotia and a mid-west quilter. It has been lurking on my shelf while I tried to figure how to quilt it.

I decided to ask Charisma to make it sparkle. The center block is called falling leaves so she quilted leaves and ferns into the design. She has made the whole wall hanging into a work of art.

Mim

I had to crop them a lot to get them to upload

Enjoy!!!

And I thought I had some old UFO's, I don't even think I knew how to sew much less quilt in 1998, lol. ( I learned how to sew in '02 or '03 and to quilt in '06) Very pretty.

Inspiring. I have a couple of round robin tops from early 1990s. I better dig them out of storage!
