Default My version of Kaufman's 'Cascade'

This top went together very quickly. It began as a half price quilt kit from Craftsy and because I knew I would want to change the dimensions, I also bought a half price table runner kit using the same fabrics. That was a great sale!! I still had to order some of the lightest patterned fabric and since the line is from 2012, my options were very limited. That single yard of fabric plus shipping cost more than the table runner kit!

The original pattern called for a 6 inch tall rhomboid. I used a 4 1/2 inch tall one, and I also centered the pattern, to make it more like a TATW. All in all I am very pleased with the result. Thanks for looking.

Very neat quilt... could represent cobblestones in the middle of town square. I had not seen that pattern before. Just looked it up and you sure hit the target with this one! Must be named for the Kaufman Water Cascade house built by Frank Lloyd Wright.
