Default my VERY FIRST quilt

this is my VERY FIRST sewn item: a sewing machine cover for my grandmother!
i love trick photography, because it hides a lot of my newbie sins! but i will say that this project has taught me a lot and there are a lot of things i will do differently the next time around.

also, i LOVE my little sewing machine. i never realized all the things an older machine could do

i'm a very happy girl and can't wait to give it to my grandmother

Very nice for a newby. Love the fabric choices and clever use for a small quilt.

Very pretty for your first and makes a great machine cover. Your GM will be so pleased with her gift!

It's lovely. Do we ever stop learning? With each project we build our skills. Keep on quilting!
