Goofs are not in the quilt glossary, just creative ideas to further enhance the beauty of our quilts, and away to use that creativity. I was talking about the quilt and not the quilting. Take a bow, it is grand . And inspiring.

I didn't think it could get any better than the pink, but you can certainly put me down for the blue one. Absolutely gorgeous! My son and dil live in Midland, so if you count that, well, we are almost neighbors! :-)

well yes vicki - we are neighbors aren't we. come to bettysbobbinbox someday, it's in a little shopping strip on Grandview & University, couple doors down from Gatti's pizza place. Betty and her daughter Caren
would love for you to come in. they have instructors that come in and teach everything, it's a wonderful place to hang out, we sew & eat, then eat & sew. and yes Rebecca, one of the ladies at the bobbin box says goofs are not goofs, they are a design opportunity.

Very nice. I really think you were never a beginner--you are too modest :!: You started out as advanced but were too shy to say so :D
    Good work :!:

i'm working on another quilt called aquamarine by jenny haskins, it'll take few more months for it but i'll post it when done.

Aquamarine just happens to be my birthstone, so if you need to "donate" your quilt to a worthy cause... that would be me! lol Thanks for being an inspiration to us all. I can't wait to see your next quilt.

I started quilting 5 years ago at age 70 and, believe me, my first quilt did not look like that nor have any subsequent quilts. Wonderful job.
