Default My very first Trip around the World

This one is called Baby Sunshine and Shadows from the book Tradition with a Twist by Blanche Young & Dalene Young Stone. This one is done with strip sets (rather than strip tubes with seams taken out) and I found it very simple to do. I made it to go with my new purple loveseat. (I swear - hubby was with me when I picked the fabric but he can't remember the 3 times I asked him if he was sure!!) I think the loveseat is every bit as purty as the quilt top, but I'm happy with the quilt too!

What a perfect match - I love that quilt top - I made one for a baby quilt - it was so fun. I bet your hubby will love the new quilt for the purple couch.

Lovely quilt, perfect for your loveseat. I have never done one of these , added to the growing to do list.
