Thanks to everyone for their kind comments. To answer some of the questions...

The bibs were not from a pattern, but instead I just traced around a bib, they already had, and used that as my pattern. The backs are terrycloth, and the fronts and binding are flannel. They also have a snap on the neck (as requested).

The hummingbird is from a stained glass pattern, just google stained glass hummingbird pattern, and you can order one. The wings are corderoy pants, and it just happened to work out that they looked like wings.

The top of blue and yellow log cabin was already completed before this weekend, so I all I had to do was sandwich and quilt it. I used 64 log cabin blocks (8x8).

    Thanks again,
    Linda

Thank you, Catcher g., You are so thorough. And clever. Love the corduroy idea.

Boy if I could get that done in a month of week-ends I would be happy. Love the log cabin, my favorite colors. And hummingbirds are my favorite. The bibs are sooo cute.

Your log cabin is out of some of my favorite colors together and you have made such a spectacular example of why. Amazing job.
