Default Name of Pattern

Does anyone recognize this quilt pattern. Our Historical Society is trying to put together a catalogue of our quilts. This was made about 1880 (give or take) and we are unable to find the name of this pattern.

I am new to the forum and find all the discussions fascinating and helpful. Love it!

It looks like the center of a Lone Star quilt but appliqued onto a pink square background?

Star patterns like that had many names, and many were quilters doing things mostly on their own. Particularly if you are in the mid-east coast to middle of the country, it could be referred to as a Star of Bethlehem, or Radiating or other names as well. The floral is interesting, the outer row is a faded plaid??

edit/ps: Grats on getting the picture up! So glad you did

I always knew this smaller version as the Star of Bethlehem.
