    Default Nautilus Quilt Finished

Ta-da! That is how I feel about completing this quilt. It finished at 82" by 66". I used all 3 of my machines! Good ole Bernina 830 for piecing; my new Q16 for FMQ; and my new Bernette for the binding embroidering! I used all batiks except for the binding, I used the Fairy Frost sparkly fabric. I did not use washable markers to draw the stitching lines this time-I just started in center and followed a design with my eyes. A lot of starting and stopping. It's not great, but I gotta start somewhere.
On the binding, I programmed 3 waves and a jumping dolphin. I left space at the bottom for a signature, "Made by Autumn", but it came out 4" , and I only left 3" clear. Oh well, it says, "by Autumn".

Very pretty quilt. I am not brave enough to try the quilting.

Thanks! I used Glow in the Dark White fabric that works great! I put the quilt on my bed, then had Alexa turn off the lamp. Oooh, the white sections Glowed! Very cool!
    I ordered 2 more yards!
