I would vote for #1. I think if you make the border too busy with piece work it will take away from the nice design of the quilt. I love the fabrics you chose!

People are saying go without the black, but my vote for 1 or 4 was with the black as it was- it sets off the main area of the quilt, rather than flowing out to the edge, which is what I didn't like about the other options.
