    I'd do a thin inner border in one of the bright colors found in the dots.

    I would put a narrow pathway boarder around and then add a narrow black one then maybe a wider one from the bluish one to finish. Please keep us posted on your choice! This is going to be a beautiful and much treasured quilt.

    Great childs quilt! I agree with the idea of a narrow black border, then the path fabric as the final border.

    Love the creativity involved in both making this quilt and later on in its use! Perfect for inquisitive little minds. In fact I can just about see my 14 year old trying to figure it out! :roll: LOL . Lovely.

    I think I like the look of a thin black border and the 6" blue like the main quilt and another thin black border to finish it off?

    That is FANTASTIC! I could make the quilt. Coming up with the imagination to tell those stories would be the tough part! You novelty fabric collection must be superior.
