and I HATE it! I don't know if it is the fabric or pattern or what but I despise it. I'm glad that I can wrap it up and not look at it again until Christmas.

What fun fabric! I bet he will love it.

I am dragging along on one for my DF. I hate it so it is taking a loooong time. I have to get motivated and get it ready for Santa to deliver.

It is so much harder when it isn't one you enjoy!

You did a good job. It is tough when you work on something that you do not care about. Your nephew will love it.

aww, I do get rather tired working with the same block over and over, but you did a really great job on it...and just think...you persevered bc you knew the happiness it would bring someone else.
Sacrificing is a common quilting trait, and very admirable.
Good on you, and in mho, it looks so soft and comfy. He will really like it, and that's what you were going for. :-D

Oh, it's wonderful for a boy! I'm sure he'll love it. What don't you like about it? The fabrics are perfect but if there's a color mixed in a top that I'm not crazy about it often turns me off on completing the project, so I understand what you mean.

    Hugs

Thank you all for the kind words. I think I figured out what I don't like about it --- it's the golf ball fabric, it drives my astigmatism crazy and gives me a headache. He'll love it though and that's all that matters.
