I feel the same way working with denim. Your quilt did turn out very nice.

Ha...I have one that is started, but not finished...I'm thinking now that it's put together without the centers inside, that I have done it wrong, because it will be a BEAR to finish adding the "glass". I have this idea to make it a wedding gift and have people donate a square to add to the quilt. I made it a KING sized....what was I thinking?????? Like you said...NEVER AGAIN!

Wish I would have taken a pic of one I recently saw. It was a long cabin, one big long cabin flannel and denim rag quilt. It started with the center square, so to speak, toward the bottom right of the left upper quarter of the quilt. Strips were about five/six inches wide. It has a little twist in the bottom right corner. For some reason there were three 'logs' going diagnally at the corner. Looked cool.

I have only made one rag quilt. The squares were large and it wasn't denim. I said never again!! Your quilt looks wonderful.

I had a abeautiful Queen sized denim quilt that would walk its way off the bed every night. Woke up cold in the middle of the night too many times. Denim quilts are for picnics around here
