Wow that is a gorgeous quilt!

I agree this is the first stack-n-whack quilt I have seen that makes me want to make one.

The blocks look like Kaliedoscope views of the same pieces, just shifted slightly.

The colors are beautiful. My Mom would like this quilt; she loves blue.

The scallops make a pretty edge.

Congratulations to aunt Betty and for you as her instructor!

It just goes to show that you are never to old to learn something new! Aunt Betty did a fantastic job! And kudos to you for being her teacher and quilting it for her. WTG!!!

Fantastic job. Learned the lesson the hard way when I made a quilt with light colors and didn't clip all the threads then when I finished the quilt and looked at it you could see through the top and see all the threads I didn't clip....It was a good lesson learned....Your Aunt did a beautiful job you guys make a good team...
