I wondered if anyone would notice that quilt. I collect wall hangings that have interesting/intricate stars on them. This is my first one, I won it at a live auction. Unfortunately the gal who did it didn't put a label on it, nor did she credit the design to a pattern, and she wasn't present at the auction so I couldn't get any information on it. I've collected others since then but this one is still my favorite.

Yes, they call them mid arms. They are considered to be a hybrid between a domestic and a longarm machine.
